Every unit features a smart, compact design. All our spaces are cleverly arranged to eliminate wasted space, offering an intimate, beautifully streamlined environment. Located in the beautiful Savina area, you are separated from the beach only by the scenic Šetalište Pet Danica promenade, meaning you can go from your bed to the sea in less than a minute.

Located on the ground floor of the Studio Jelic house, this spacious 30 sqm triple studio offers beachfront living. It features a waterfront terrace with direct views of the sea. Because it is completely step-free, this unit is suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Capacity: Sleeps up to 3 guests (one double bed and one single bed)
Kitchen Facilities: More spacious than a standard kitchenette, featuring a halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and a kettle
Large Bathroom: Generously sized and equipped with a shower cubicle, a washing machine and a clothes drying rack.

Spacious First-Floor Apartment with a Front Terrace
This modern and delightful 50 sqm one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (accessible via 15 steps) offers premium waterfront living in Savina, one of Herceg Novi's best neighborhoods. It comfortably hosts up to 4 guests and offers everything you need for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation.
Capacity: Sleeps up to 4 guests (one French bed 160x190 in the bedroom, plus a comfortable pull-out double sofa bed in the living room).
Fully Equipped Kitchen: A chef's kitchen featuring a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, juicer, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware.
Living & Comfort: 2 air conditioning units, double-glazed windows, mosquito nets, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a vacuum cleaner, and an iron/ironing board.
Bathroom & Laundry: Modern bathroom with a shower cabin, washing machine, clothes dryer, and hairdryer. (Please note: Laundry detergent is not included).
Terrace Corner for Guests: The apartment features a small, south-facing front terrace framed by lovely cycas palms. The cozy corner sofa shown in the photos offers a perfect place for a coffee, while standing reveals a partial sea view.
This dedicated guest spot is part of a larger terrace—separated from it by greenery—while the main section is used exclusively by the owner and is not pictured. Please note that since the aforementioned guest terrace is located along the main walkway for the hosts and other guests, the area does not offer absolute privacy.
