To ensure a transparent and comfortable stay for everyone, please review these important details about our property:

🅿️ Parking: Please note that Studio Jelic does not provide private parking. Because we are located directly on the pedestrian promenade right by the sea, vehicle access to the house is restricted. Guests will need to use public paid parking zones available on the nearby streets, and we will gladly guide you to the closest and most convenient options in the area upon your arrival.
🪜 Top-Floor / Attic Access (Studios 1, 2, 3 & 4): These units are located in the attic of the family house. Accessing this space requires climbing multiple flights of stairs, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage.
👥 Shared Entrance Hallway (Studios 1, 2, 3 & 4): The four attic studios share a common entrance hallway. While each studio is completely private, you might occasionally hear neighboring guests passing through the corridor.
🔊 Promenade & Summer Ambiance: Our front-line location is unbeatable, but during the peak summer season, evening music and noise from the promenade or across the bay can travel over the water. All units feature high-quality double-glazed windows that significantly reduce outside noise, but light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.
🚭 Non-Smoking: The interior of the apartments is strictly smoke-free. Smoking is, however, permitted only outside on the balcony/terrace.
🧳 Towel Policy: We do not offer daily towel changes like hotels. One bath towel and one hand towel are provided per guest at check-in. For stays of 7 nights or longer, we refresh towels once midway through your stay. Additional towel changes are available upon request for an extra fee.
🏖️ Beach Towels: While all indoor bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, beach towels are not included. Please bring your own.
🧺 Washing Machine Usage: For units equipped with a washing machine, please note that laundry detergent is not provided. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own.
🐾 Pets: Pets are not allowed in any of our units.
🇲🇪 Montenegro Tourist Registration & Tax
By law, all visitors to Montenegro must register their stay and pay a daily tourist tax within 24 hours of arrival. To make things easy for you, host will handle this registration on your behalf.
High Season Tax Rates (June 15 – September 15):
Adults: €1.00 per day
Youth (Ages 12–18): €0.50 per day
Children (Under 12): Free (registration is still mandatory)
