📍 Seafront Location & Distances
Studio Jelic is located right on the seafront in the scenic Savina area. The property sits in the immediate vicinity of Hotel Plaza and directly across from the popular Golden Bay Beach.
Everything you need is within a short coastal walk or drive:
Herceg Novi Old Town (Center): 1.5 km (a scenic, flat walk along the promenade)
City Port (Škver): 1.5 km (the main hub for boat excursions and waterfront dining)
Main Bus Station: 1.5 km (for easy regional and long-distance travel links)

🚗 Arriving by Car?
⚠️ Important Notice About Parking & Access: Since driving and parking on the promenade (Šetalište Pet Danica) are strictly forbidden, you cannot drive directly to the front door of Studio Jelic. Instead, you can use nearby on-street paid parking zones, which are clearly signposted with a paid parking sign.
🚗 Coming from Croatia (Debeli Brijeg Border Crossing) Take the main highway (E65 / E80) from the border until you reach the roundabout in Meljine (approx. 10 km). Take the first exit (towards Savina) and drive down Braće Grakalića Street for about 1.3 km until you see the "Scorpion" market. Please note that further access to the promenade is restricted, so you will need to find parking in the nearby designated zones before heading to the property.
🚗 Coming from Bosnia & Herzegovina (Sitnica Border Crossing) Follow the main road down from the border until you reach the roundabout in Meljine. Take the second exit (towards Savina) and drive down Braće Grakalića Street for about 1.3 km until you reach the "Scorpion" market. Since access to the promenade is closed for vehicles, please use this area to find nearby on-street parking.
🚗 Coming from Kotor / Tivat / Budva (via Ferry or Coast) Follow the main highway (E65 / E80) until you reach the roundabout in Meljine. Take the third exit (towards Savina) and drive down Braće Grakalića Street for about 1.3 km until you reach the "Scorpion" market. Vehicles are not allowed on the promenade, so we advise looking for an available paid parking space in this neighborhood.

✈️ Choosing the Right Airport
When planning your trip to Herceg Novi, you have three main airport options. Here is what you need to know about each:
Tivat Airport (ME) – 23.2 km The closest option and ideal for summer arrivals, especially if your trip is focused entirely on Montenegro. While there are no direct buses from the terminal, you can easily take a short taxi ride to the main bus station or nearby ferry/port to continue your journey.
Dubrovnik Airport - Čilipi (HR) – 27.8 km A fantastic option with a high volume of international flights. It is perfect if you are already visiting Croatia or finding better flight deals. Since there are no direct bus lines from the airport terminal to Herceg Novi, the most comfortable way to travel is by taking a taxi or pre-arranged transfer directly across the border. (Alternatively, you can take a local bus from the airport to Dubrovnik Main Bus Station, and catch an international bus line to Herceg Novi from there).
Podgorica Airport (ME) – approx. 100 km Although it is farther away and requires a longer drive (around 2 to 2.5 hours), Podgorica is an excellent alternative. It offers a wider choice of flight options and more stable, reliable connections throughout the entire year.

🚌 From the Main Bus Station
If you are arriving at the Herceg Novi Main Bus Station, you have two easy options to reach Studio Jelic:
By Taxi (Recommended with luggage): We suggest taking a taxi. The ride usually takes just a few minutes, though travel time may vary depending on summer traffic. Since our property is located directly on the car-free promenade, ask the driver to drop you off at "Villa Margot". From there, you just need to walk 100 meters downhill to reach us. We recommend calling or sending an SMS or Viber message to these reliable local companies:

On Foot (If you travel light): If you don't have too much luggage, you can walk to us. Head straight down from the station to the promenade (Setalište Pet Danica), and then turn left towards Meljine. Studio Jelic is located about 100 meters past Hotel Plaza (in the direction of Meljine).
